($56K) are the next top-paying cities. High paychecks are not found in Florence, S.C.; in fact, at $45K it is one of the worst-paid cities. By state, the highest pay levels are found in New York, where the average Assurant, Inc. employee makes around $79K annually.
Years of Experience
Those who have five to nine years of work experience see average salaries of about $55K per year. Between the one and five year mark, median pay is around $46K annually. When we consider tenure, a substantial portion of employees (51 percent) have been working for 10-19 years and make $77K per year on average.
IT Business Analysts are awarded the highest paychecks, with average compensation nearing approximately $53K annually; IT Security Administrators are next on the list, bringing in close to $48K, followed by Operations Analysts earning $41K.
Certifications and Degrees
Those lacking certification bring in much lower salaries than Certified Six Sigma Green Belts, who make $57K per year.
