What is it like to work at Baptist Hospital?

I worked at Baptist as part of my college externships (for a total of approximately 1 month) in the surgery department. If you can deal with "clicky" employees, and are there to do your work, get it done, and avoid gossip, this place me be a good place for you. It is very fast-paced, no time for slow bodies! Personally, I love Baptist as a place to go for care of birth children (I had 3/4 of my children here and it was a wonderful experience), but as a place of employment, I had to pass it up!
