For those with at least five years experience, pay generally amounts to about $22.21. Those with one to four years of experience at the company can expect to make $12.94. To sum up, the greater portion of employees here (26 percent) have worked in their field for 20 years or more and now make around $21.94 per hour.
Nearing the top of the pay scale are Registered Nurses, Certified Pharmacy Technicians, and Administrative Assistants; while the first receives the highest median pay at approximately $28.98, the other salaries come in at $12.74 and $12.43, respectively.
Being a Registered Nurse certainly has its perks — salaries approach around $31.48 and far exceed the paychecks of those without certification. Advanced Cardiac Life Support Specialists with credentials can live quite comfortably; salaries come in at about $29.97 per hour. The highest-paying degree here is a Bachelor of Science in Bachelor in Science Nursing; Bronson Methodist Hospital awards $32.95 to these degree-holders.
The best paying skill to have in this role appears to be Intensive Care Unit ; employees who claim this ability report median compensation of $29.95. Electronic Medical Records also popped up often in the survey as an important skill; roughly a sixth of employees surveyed report using it at work. Data Entry, Microsoft Office, and Critical Care are also desirable skills.
Health insurance comes as part of the deal for a solid majority of workers, and most workers report receiving dental coverage as well.
