Workers who have been with the company for more than one year but less than five can make about $36K per year on average. The largest slice of the Claire's workforce (41 percent) has been working for 10-19 years and earns, on average, $50K annually.

Benefits and Perks
Paid time off is in short supply here, with only one-half of respondents receiving paid vacation and 30 percent receiving paid sick days. Half save up for retirement through a 401(k) plan. A majority of workers have health insurance, and benefits for the larger part of workers also include dental insurance. A few more workplace perks are life insurance, a casual working environment, and a subsidized cell phone.
