Senior Principal Engineers are awarded the highest paychecks, with compensation nearing $106K annually on average; Senior Software Engineers are next on the list, bringing in close to about $97K, followed by Software Engineers earning approximately $81K and Mechanical Engineers making around $81K. Financial compensation for Software Applications Analysts is rather low — on average only $64K — relative to the rest of the company.
Certifications and Degrees
Certified ScrumMasters have significantly higher pay than non-accredited workers at about $101K per year. Earning a FAA Pilot Licensee certification garners significant financial rewards of $75K annually on average. The best paid folks at Dynetics, Inc. have a Master of Engineering (MEng / ME), earning approximately $136K per year.
When it comes to skills, employees who report .NET among their abilities seem to make the most, reporting a median income of $90K annually. Matlab is regularly seen around here; just under a third of those surveyed report it as a core competency. Other top skills include C++, Microsoft Office, and Engineering Design.
