Those seeking to set aside retirement funds can rely on several savings options such as a 401(k) plan and a company pension plan. Almost all respondents report having health insurance, and the larger part of survey participants report having dental coverage. Some other advantages of working at Ermco are a company cell phone and a casual working environment.
