The highest-paying skill to have may be Insurance; employees who claim proficiency also report a higher average salary of around $86K. A skill that is commonly seen around here is Microsoft Excel; nearly two in five deem it necessary for work.
A 401(k) program is available, and almost all workers use it to save for retirement. Health insurance comes as part of the deal for the vast majority of workers, and a solid majority of workers report receiving dental coverage as well. Employees can also look forward to flexible hours, gym membership, life insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
