When it comes to skills, Software Knowledge seems to bolster pay the most; employees who claim proficiency also enjoy a median income of $40K per year. A garden variety skill at Heartland Alliance is Customer Service; more than a third of Heartland Alliance's people use it regularly. Other top skills include Scheduling, Data Entry, and Spanish Language.
Employees who participated in the survey skew strongly female, with a female-to-male ratio of more than 3 to 1.
A majority of workers report contributing to a 401(k). For nearly all respondents, benefits include health insurance, and a fair number of employees get dental coverage, too.
