Nearing the top of the pay scale are Senior Learning and Development Specialists, Security Analysts, Budget Analysts, and Sales Consultants; while the first receives the highest median pay at approximately $76K annually, the other salaries come in at $75K, about $52K, and $30K, respectively.
Certifications and Degrees
Human Resources Professionals are compensated at a much higher rate than non-authorized workers, bringing in close to $80K per year. Earning a CompTIA Network+ Expert certification garners significant financial rewards of around $75K annually on average. Holland America Line compensates Master of Science (MS)-holders the most at $71K per year.
When it comes to skills, Project Management seems to bolster pay the most; employees who claim proficiency also enjoy a median income of approximately $80K annually. One of the more prevalent skills at Holland America Line is Microsoft Excel, with between a fifth and a fourth considering it a key competency. Employees also tend to know Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis, and Microsoft Office.
