When it comes to location, the highest average paycheck ($70K per year) can be spotted in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; Naples, Fla. ($54K), New Orleans, La. (around $51K), and Birmingham, Ala. (approximately $45K) are the next top-paying cities. High paychecks are not found in Montgomery, Ala.; in fact, at about $29K it is one of the worst-paid cities. Within the company, workers earn the highest salaries (an average of approximately $54K annually) in Florida.

Years of Experience

Those with one to four years of experience at the company can expect to make $50K per year on average. The largest fraction of IBERIABANK people (43 percent) have been working for five to nine years and earn around $41K annually on average.

Certifications and Degrees

Certified Public Accountants have significantly higher pay than non-accredited workers at $75K per year. Those with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at IBERIABANK come out on top, and their salaries approach $48K annually.
