($58K) are the next top-paying cities. Expected earnings are below average ($39K) in Birmingham, Ala., one of the lowest-paid cities. By state, IBERIABANK pays its Arkansas employees the most; the pay rate there is about $79K annually.
Nearing the top of the pay scale are VPs of Commercial Lending, Business Bankers, Banking Branch Managers, and Underwriters; while the first receives the highest median pay at $122K per year, the other salaries come in at around $90K, about $52K, and approximately $48K, respectively. IBERIABANK hands out some of the smallest paychecks to Assistant Branch Managers of Banking ($42K on average).
Years of Experience
Workers who have been with the company for more than one year but less than five can make $47K annually on average. When we consider tenure, a substantial portion of employees (34 percent) have been working for five to nine years and make about $72K per year on average.
Certifications and Degrees
Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry Certifications earn $42K annually, far more than their non-accredited counterparts. It pays to have a B.A. in Bachelor of Arts (BA) at IBERIABANK — these employees make the most at $140K per year.
When it comes to skills, Business Development seems to bolster pay the most; employees who claim proficiency also enjoy a median income of $84K annually. It's pretty common to find people here who know Financial Analysis; just under one in three consider it a key competency. Customer Service, Loan Underwriting, and Sales are also desirable skills.
