Years of Experience
For those with five to nine years of experience, average earnings amount to $89K annually. When we consider tenure, a substantial portion of employees (34 percent) have been working for one to four years and make $74K per year on average.
Certifications and Degrees
Licensed Lawyers earn about $192K annually, far more than their non-accredited counterparts. Certified Information Systems Auditors also rank high on the pay scale, with expected average earnings of $106K per year. Those with a Master of Arts (MA) at L'Oreal USA come out on top, and their salaries approach around $123K annually.
When it comes to skills, employees who report Social Media Marketing among their abilities seem to make the most, reporting a median income of approximately $109K per year. Project Management also popped up often in the survey as an important skill; just under a fifth of employees surveyed report using it at work. Many workers usually know Data Analysis, Microsoft Excel, and Financial Analysis as well.

Paid time off is in short supply here, with only 42 percent receiving paid vacation and a fifth of respondents receiving paid sick days. It's easy to build up retirement reserves here with programs such as a 401(k) plan and a company pension plan. Most employees report having health insurance, and a large number of survey participants report having dental coverage.
