Phlebotomist in Las Vegas:
Pros: I appreciated the empathy from the supervisor over me at the time I was hire. My great-niece was killed 4days after I was hired and I missed far too many days off work but the local management was very lenient with me. But corporate did not see that so I was put on probation and after 14 months of employment I hurt my back and was unable to return to work I lost my just that easy due to to many absences. So I lost everything soon after and decided to move over of state to start over.
Cons: I really do not have anything bad so say they word with me well but I was able to work with one person. No one seemed to care. Oh I did not like how bad attitudes were never addressed on the job there.
Strict Policies: No Loop Holes.
Phlebotomist in Henrico:
Pros: I love the setting, I work in a doctors office and everyone here is great, welcoming and friendly.
Cons: They have no flexibility as far as sick days go. If you get sick and need to call out because you cant stand they only allow 4 days a year, so if you are on #5, rest assured you are getting written up.....
