($75K). By state, the highest compensation levels appear in Pennsylvania, where the average salary is approximately $120K annually.


The highest paychecks go to Financial Analysts, who earn $73K per year.

Certifications and Degrees

Uniform Securities Agent State Law Holders are compensated at a much higher rate than non-authorized workers, bringing in close to $95K annually. Becoming a FINRA Series 7 General Securities Representative can certainly pay off here; those folks make about $57K on average. At Macquarie, employees who hold a Bachelor's Degree receive the highest salaries at approximately $73K.


The highest-paying skill to have in this role seems to be Financial Modeling; employees claiming this as part of the toolbox earn a median of $95K per year.
