The larger part of workers allocate some part of their earnings to the company-sponsored 401(k) savings plan. Perks cover health insurance for a large number of respondents and dental coverage for a solid majority of respondents. Some other perks are a subsidized cell phone, company car / automobile, life insurance, and relocation expenses.
