Engineering Project Managers earn the highest median pay at approximately $100K, followed by Manufacturing Engineers ($78K), Test Engineers ($66K), and Quality Assurance Engineers ($62K). Buyers are among the lowest paid at about $48K.
When it comes to location, the highest average paycheck (around $103K annually) can be spotted in Boulder; Raleigh (approximately $71K), the company's headquarter city of Neenah ($69K), and Appleton (about $66K) are the next top-paying cities. High paychecks are not found in Washington, DC; in fact, at $53K it is one of the worst-paid cities. U.S. pay levels are highest in the state of Colorado; salaries there average to around $103K per year.
Between the five- and ten-year marks, the average employee earns $67K. Workers who have been with the company for more than one year but less than five can typically make $61K. By and large, the biggest segment of Plexus Corporation's workforce (34 percent) have been working for 10-19 years and take home about $80K annually.
