Years of Experience

Those with one to four years of experience at the company can expect to make about $55K per year on average. Average pay is $82K annually for those with five to nine years of experience. Overall, the greater share of Ply Gem folks have 10-19 years of experience and earn an average $75K per year.


Residents of Raleigh, N.C. pick up paychecks that are higher than any other city — the median salary is approximately $130K annually; other top-paying cities include Cary, N.C.
