Retail District Managers earn the highest median pay at $60K, followed by Retail Store Managers ($40K) and Assistant Buyers ($38K).
For those with one to four years of experience, paychecks typically reach about $37K. Between the five- and ten-year marks, the average employee earns around $38K. A typical employee has 10-19 years of experience and earns approximately $46K per year.
Across Rue 21 Company's U.S. offices, employees in the state of Georgia earn the most, taking home $43K annually.
Rue 21 Company provides the highest financial reward to those with a Bachelor's Degree — these employees rake in about $39K per year.
