Benefits and Perks
Only one in three respondents enjoy paid vacation days and paid sick time — a rather disappointing finding. Employees can save for retirement by joining one of several savings plans such as a 401(k) plan and a 403(b) plan. For a large number of survey participants, benefits include health insurance, and a fair number of workers get dental coverage, too. Privileges also include tuition reimbursement, gym membership, and life insurance.
