Median pay is highest in Minneapolis ($75K per year), followed by San Angelo (around $54K), Fargo ($48K), and Lubbock ($47K). Grand Rapids is one of the lowest-paid cities, with earnings averaging about $32K. By state, the highest compensation levels appear in Minnesota, where the average salary is approximately $50K annually.
For those with five or more years experience, average earnings amount to $40K. Broken down by tenure, the largest number of TMI Hospitality employees (41 percent) have one to four years of experience and typically earn approximately $44K per year.
