The highest-paying degree here is a Bachelor's Degree; TMI Hospitality awards about $50K to these degree-holders.


When it comes to skills, Employee Relations seems to bolster pay the most; employees who claim proficiency also enjoy a median income of $55K annually. Operations Management also popped up often in the survey as an important skill; around two in five of employees surveyed report using it at work. Customer Relationship Management, Human Resources, and Customer Service round out the set of key employee skills.

Benefits and Perks

TMI Hospitality lets only 45 percent take paid vacation and only 18 percent take sick leave. A majority of survey participants report contributing to a 401(k). A strong majority of employees report having health insurance, and the larger part of respondents report having dental coverage.
