Workers who have been with the company for more than one year but less than five can typically make about $40K. Average pay is typically $45K for those with five or more years experience. To sum up, the greater portion of employees here (44 percent) have worked in their field for 10-19 years and now make $47K per year.
Operations Managers earn the highest median pay at $68K, followed by Landscape Managers (around $49K), Account Managers (approximately $46K), and Operations Managers ($43K). Financial compensation for Maintenance Supervisors is rather low — only around $38K — relative to the rest of the company.
Median pay is highest in Gaithersburg ($60K annually), followed by Langhorne (about $55K), San Diego ($48K), and Columbus (approximately $48K). Approaching the lower end of the pay scale (at $41K) is Chicago. By state, Maryland offers the highest pay at approximately $54K per year.
CompTIA/Internet Technicians have significantly higher pay than non-accredited workers at $55K. Certified Landscape Technicians with credentials can live quite comfortably; salaries come in at around $46K annually. It pays to have a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at The Brickman Group, Ltd. — these employees make the most at $77K per year.
When it comes to skills, employees who report Microsoft Office among their abilities seem to make the most, reporting a median income of about $46K. Operations Management is a popular skill among The Brickman Group, Ltd. workers, with nearly one in three of those surveyed reporting using it on the job.
