Respondents who have been working for five to nine years make approximately $40K annually on average. When we consider tenure, a substantial portion of employees (31 percent) have been working for one to four years and make about $36K per year on average.
Bringing in the most money are Shoe Store Managers — their earnings average around $42K annually. Retail Store Managers are a close second at $33K per year.
Certifications and Degrees
Those lacking certification bring in much lower salaries than Business Certificate Holders, who make $35K annually. At The Walking Company, employees who hold an Associate of Arts (AA) receive the highest salaries at $36K.
