Nearing the top of the pay scale are Aviation Program Managers, Aerospace Engineers, Project Engineers, and Manufacturing Engineers; while the first receives the highest median pay at $137K, the other salaries come in at $98K, around $90K, and $75K, respectively. Earning only about $57K, Buyers make less than most people in the company.
Between the one and five year mark, pay is typically approximately $64K. A tenure of five to ten years results in average pay of $77K. To sum up, the greater portion of employees here (26 percent) have worked in their field for 10-19 years and now make $88K per year.
