Overall, the greater share of Zara folks have one to four years of experience and earn an average $41K per year.


When it comes to location, the highest average paycheck (about $51K annually) can be spotted in San Francisco, Calif.; Providence, R.I. (approximately $47K), New York, N.Y. ($42K), and Boston, Mass. (around $30K) are the next top-paying cities. By state, Zara pays its Texas employees the most; the pay rate there is $55K per year.


Earning around $46K annually on average, Retail Store Managers receive the most money, followed by Visual Merchandisers (about $30K per year).


When it comes to skills, employees who report People Management among their abilities seem to make the most, reporting a median income of approximately $81K annually.
