Between the five- and ten-year marks, the average employee earns about $37K. Broadly speaking, the largest slice of the Zara workforce (64 percent) has a tenure of one to four years and earns approximately $35K per year.
Residents of San Antonio pick up paychecks that are higher than any other city — the median salary is around $49K annually; other top-paying cities include Miami ($46K) and New York ($46K). By state, Zara employees make the most in Texas, earning $49K per year on average.
Earning $33K on average, Retail Store Assistant Managers receive the most money.
The best paid folks at Zara have a Bachelor's Degree, earning $38K annually.
When it comes to skills, employees who report Sales among their abilities seem to make the most, reporting a median income of $45K. Merchandising is a popular skill among Zara workers, with about two-fifths of those surveyed reporting using it on the job. Some other standard skills here are Sales Management, Customer Service, and Training.
A quarter of workers have paid vacation, and only about a sixth of workers can take paid time off for illness. A 401(k) program is available, and nearly all workers use it to save for retirement. Most workers receive health insurance, and a majority of workers get dental coverage.
