I wish for more personal time. It's tough when you're on a schedule driven project where 50+ hr weeks are the norm and there's no OT for management.

The harder you try to be better at your job the more trouble you'll end up having from several factors. Keep a cool head and try to have an enjoyable time in your present profession. If you can't have fun at work then why are you there.

All new employment Hurt! Mind, Body, or even Soul. Think about children "You gotta Tell'em Over and Over again, and there you start to get numb.
