I am trying to get a review from my employer, they have a man who's first question to me was what do you do here? This is the man who is giving me my review on my work performance and who doesn't know what my job is? How can this be fair, I have also found that no woman has been promoted here, I have applied and got turned down all men have been promoted, men who do not have the experience or the senoirity and I am still waiting for an answer, 3 months and 2 days late
