3d Artist - (City withheld for privacy), Texas, United States
If you're young and just starting out, don't be the annoying person that thinks they know it all -- even if there are "senior" level people who you believe you can be doing the same quality of work, play into your role. Be humble, be thankful, and always offer to help. All in all though, put in the hours and always keep progressing your skill. Have an open communication with your Lead and Art Director, and don't bring anything unprofessional to public meetings. This is a professional environment, and the bigger the studio the more you'll want to keep your witty comments to yourself.
