Prepare yourself for information overload because of so much detail to read and to try to locate answers to certain situations while meeting demands and deadlines, multitasking, no room for error, must be flexible and very dependable, have skill in dealing with various personalities both in the office and in the public and stay upbeat and approachable. Can be quiet one day and crazy busy or stressful the next. Strict environment, keeping procedures and protocol consistently followed. It's helpful if you are organized and must be detail-oriented, have good time management skills and can prioritize even when the priorities and procedures change, must be bonded, pass a skills test and a background check.
