An administrative aide performs a wide variety of clerical tasks in an office environment. The tasks performed by the administrative aide vary depending on the industry in which they work, as well as the person or persons they are supporting . Duties commonly performed by administrative aides include word processing, printing and collating documents, scheduling appointments, performing light bookkeeping, coordinating with other departments, and completing any other assigned tasks.
