Yakima (/ˈjækᵻmɑː/ or /ˈjækᵻmə/) is a U.S. city located about 60 miles (100 kilometers) southeast of Mount Rainier in Washington. Yakima is the county seat of Yakima County, Washington, and the state's eleventh largest city by population.
