Job Description for Adult Daycare Director

Adult daycare directors are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a non-residential facility for the care of senior citizens or adults that have developmental delays or other physical or neurological disorders. Care is generally administered at the group level to several adults at a time, though clients may live independently or with family members for a portion of the day, and these directors may oversee the work of a variety of staff members, including nurses, activity providers, and other care workers.
