Trade A Raise For Free Time

I once negotiated being able to come to work an hour later instead of a raise. This kept me at a lower tax bracket and less taxes taken out. I got to sleep in or take care of personal appointments. Some times money isn't everything, and a little R&R is.

I actually applied for Leasing Consultant, bit instead was told that she (my supervisor)wanted me to manage a small comples. When she took me to see it, I was taken aback, because it looked so shabby. I had decided not to take it, but she called me back the comming week, and offered me $1,500.
