At the same time, they must discover disparities in the production system, issues with organizational structure, and breaches in quality in production of the company’s products. These assistant managers supervise the procedures and processes of production as conducted by hourly or union employees - the people who are accomplishing the discrete and individualized work tasks of their organization.
