A Building Information Modeling (BIM) manager oversees BIM engineers and coordinators, working directly with the project team in developing and updating a 3D model throughout the project's life cycle. When converting building specifications to a 3D model, a BIM manager must detect and identify any challenges before they become an issue; they participate in problem solving efforts for the projects through the use of BIM applications.
