A business administration manager of a non-profit organization plays a key role in ensuring that their organization uses its scarce financial resources in the most effective ways possible. These managers also work with other department managers to develop and approve workable budgets, expenditures, and cash outlays. They also work with their organization's accounting and bookkeeping personnel to constantly monitor cash flow and with fundraising managers to determine the working capital needed to maintain operations and meet the group's goals.
