Job Description for Business Banker

Business bankers work in a financial institution and manage a business loan portfolio that may include small and/or large organizations. They perform careful analysis of prospective clients' needs and best options, working with the client to determine optimal banking solutions. In addition, business bankers are in charge of communicating with current clients to ensure all needs are being met and questions are answered. Individuals in this position may also need to negotiate and set terms for loans. All of these duties must be outlined in regular reports to managers and executives.
