Shortly after 90 days and good review of my performance, a new Director was hired. From that time on, things changed quickly for me and was criticized for all that I did and had my manager pass the message's. Now I was not fulfilled and I could not meet their expectations. I felt left to dig myself a hole. After a meeting to fix things, which I requested. Instead of reaching an understanding and start fresh, I was written up and given 30 days to clean up my act. 30 days came. I was told, yes you have improved however we are still letting you go, you are not a fit.
