Pros: I love the details my work has. It has all the particulars of conciseness and neatness, yet portrays a certain amount of fun along the way.
Cons: I finish my projects relatively quickly and run out of things to do, so I get bored and have to find things to do or practice what I have recently learned to make sure that I am still comprehending the data correctly.

Cons: That I do not have enough authority to make the changes I know it is necessary in the company also that there is alot of people that don't work half as hard as I do and make as much as I do.
