A business solutions director is responsible for ensuring high-quality and highly-efficient operations within an organization. This position is required in a wide variety of companies and organizations in numerous professional fields. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Administration is often required, although some companies will supplement an Associate’s degree with added experience. Many companies also recommend a Master’s degree (MBA) for this position. Business solutions directors should have a range of experience within sales and marketing, (a minimum of five years is often required); as well as proper training in relevant computer programming and software.
