CRM technical developers must stay up-to-date with all new relevant technology to maintain working programs for clients, and interpersonal skills are highly beneficial for communicating well with clients and ensuring that the final products are suited to their needs. These developers work primarily in an office setting, so computer skills are necessary in this position, and employers may require prior experience in the field and with Dynamics CRM or Jscript. Some developers may also train others in the use of Dynamic CRM.
Sales skills are beneficial for this position, and a bachelor's degree in business, information technology (IT), or another computer field is generally required by employers.
