  • Ensure that clients and service providers meet obligations in a timely fashion.
  • Supervise delivery of clients' plans, such as home visits, and oversee compliance and evaluate quality of services.
  • Respond to emergencies with appropriate interventions.
  • Read case profiles, interview clients, and set up a plan for coordination of services.
