Certified Scrummaster (CSM) Reviews

What is it like working as a Certified Scrummaster (CSM)?

Certified Scrummaster (CSM) in Ipswich:
"Great Experience If You Don't Need Money to Live."
Pros: Overall, the people are great and the company is headed in a good direction. Depending on your role, you could have a lot of freedom or almost none; I've had both while being here.
Cons: EBSCO does not pay. Not well. Not even close to fair. Great experience for a little while, but beware their "I'll give you a dollar tomorrow for a hamburger today" policy of not accounting for work you've done and only for any future work you will do. I know--it doesn't make sense. I don't get it either.
