Q: What do you wish you knew about your job when you first started out?
Chief Engineer in Colchester:
"Constantly striving to improve the guest experience."
Be punctual, dress appropriately, be well-groomed, exude a positive attitude, smile and don't hesitate to greet a guest and engage them in pleasant conversation.
Chief Engineer in Duluth:
"Early work action."
Higher smart people with special skills and when necessary pay them more than you get paid to get difficult things done.
Chief Engineer in Tulsa:
Take as many relevant training courses as possible. Do not let them tell you that you are too valuable on the job to allow you time away for training. Working to keep the company moving strong causes you to fall behind. Before long you will need to try to find the training on your own outside of work so you are not left behind.
