Claims Adjuster / Examiner / Investigator Reviews

What is it like working as a Claims Adjuster / Examiner / Investigator?

Claims Adjuster / Examiner / Investigator in Springfield:
"Do more with less."
Pros: I work with awesome people and I love that we help people. It's challenging work, but you feel like you are doing something good.
Cons: The senior leadership team is completely clueless about how job functions actually work and there is constant push from the top down to "do more with less." That means we are chronically understaffed and underpaid, we have terrible systems so our jobs are extremely manual and administrative and we get very little respect from senior leadership.
