Follow through with your work, back check what you have done for errors thoroughly. You will be required to juggle many tasks and make decisions on what is a priority, sometimes you may have to disappoint someone when deadlines are involved and be ready to support your schedule and team. Understand the task assigned to you completely, it's ok to ask questions about things you don't understand, if everything you were drawing was simple or easy to comprehend you probably wouldn't be drawing it to begin with. Nobody’s perfect but simple mistakes are a quick way for managers not to select you for their teams leaving you with no projects, not good at annual review time. Show up at your work station on time every day no matter what, not just in the office door or break room, its ok to be a few minutes early. Say hi or good afternoon to principals and upper level associates you work with when passing by, try and drum up a short conversation, this shows you are comfortable around them.
