First - ask for a raise. If you don't ask or bring the subject up they might think that perfectly happy with your current pay and won't give you one. Companies are in bussines to make a profit and giving you a raise will cut into thier profit margin. Second - tell them why you desrve one. There are many reasons for you to get a raise.
