Controls Engineer in Defiance:
"I'm very challenging and exciting field."
Pros: It's a field I never thought of in high school but after introduced to it I can't imagine not doing this. Everyday is different you have challenging task and obstacles to slow you down and you're able to prove yourself by how effectively you can overcome challenges that often changes.
Cons: There's always a time of the year where projects are heavy and sometimes it can get stressful feeling like you don't have enough time in the day or the week to get it all done.

Controls Engineer in Manchester:
Pros: I have lots of ability to try and learn new skills. They have let me teach myself and learn as I go.
Cons: There are only 4 engineers in an engineering department of 20. I am asked to teach others often.
