What do you wish you knew about your job when you first started out?
Convenience Store Manager in Florence:
"Go to college a degree. It's hard without it!"
First I would say run the other way. But, if you're like me and need to gain some experience then get in there and learn what you can and use it as a stepping stone to step out of C-Stores. Do it before you've based your whole life (home, children, bills) around this job so you don't get stuck! I'm sure there may be some great ones out there, but I don't know of any.
Convenience Store Manager in Newport:
"Stress low salary low bonus."
Work your hours you have too and no more. Salary stinks. Don't take job home at night.
Convenience Store Manager in Slidell:
"Treat employees how you would like to be treated."
Never under pay a good employee who will do there job to the fullest and be left in noticed .
