Job Description for Counter Manager

Counter managers are responsible for achieving daily sales goals set by their organization. They present and sell products in a professional manner using demonstrations, presenting products to customers, and responding to customer questions. They are also responsible for training, coaching, and developing counter staff to achieve the required productivity goals. Additionally, counter managers must ensure that their counter's stock is replenished as needed and that the sales area is clean and effectively presents product to potential customers. They are also responsible for reporting sales data, issues, and other information to the management within their store and/or company.
