  • Under the direction of the Creative Director, oversee the creative department, and ensure that projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Present clients with proposals for advertising campaigns and ensure the final product meets the client's expectations.
  • Work with account managers to identify client's advertising needs.
  • Train, direct, and supervise artists, copy writers, and editors directing campaign planning and execution.
