Creative services managers are in charge of managing creative output - from concept to production - for their organization. They are responsible for developing ideas and coordinating with a variety of department executives to ensure a proper vision. They present design concepts and creative content to executives and clients, and then subsequently manage a team of creative professionals to meet project goals. Creative services managers delegate tasks, hold regular status meetings to track progress, and analyze the project throughout the development process. After projects are completed, these managers must analyze their success and develop procedural or product changes as necessary.
